How does Shopping as a Service work?+
Tell us the product you want (clothing, jewellery, pooja items, and more). We visit trusted local stores, verify quality and authenticity, and ship it to you or your loved ones.
How do I pay for my order?+
After you approve the options, we send a secure payment link. We accept cards, UPI, and net banking. You only pay once you're happy with the selection.
Do you deliver internationally?+
Yes. We deliver within India and ship internationally to 20+ countries. Delivery timelines and charges depend on the destination.
How long does delivery take?+
Local Chennai delivery is typically 1–3 days. International shipping usually takes 5–12 business days depending on the country and customs.
What if I am not happy with the product?+
Because you approve every item before purchase via photos and videos, surprises are rare. If something arrives damaged, contact us and we'll make it right.
Can you shop from a specific store?+
Absolutely. If you have a preferred store or brand in Chennai, just let us know and we'll source directly from there.
